Attorney Cottens has 20+ years experience as a Police Officer in Massachusetts. We have a positive working relationship with court personnel and have experience from both sides of the aisle. We are focused on outcomes that preserve our clients future with an emphasis on dismissal of cases We pursue every possible avenue to avoid a criminal record.

Whether you are purchasing or selling we will make sure your interests are secure while meeting all deadlines during the closing process. Attorney Cottens is also a Real Estate Broker which gives our clients the advantage of dealing with one entity for the purchase/ sale and closing paperwork. Our expertise will make the process easier for our clients by eliminating, vetting and hiring multiple entities during this stressful time. In addition we represent landlords and tenants in the preparation and negotiation of office, retail, residential, and individual building leases.

He chose his path to help as many people as possible while providing excellent service. He's dedicated his practice to truly serving his clients. Attorney Cottens received a B.S. from Northeastern University and a J.D. from Massachusetts School of Law. Attorney Cottens practices in family law, criminal law and real estate law.
